Here is a preview of my walk to the Institute, beautiful cows and noisy rickshaws. this being my second trip i thought i would be better prepared for the heat, pollution and noise, not sooooo. it took a few days to aclaimate. And i asked myself, why did i come here? well it only took one day of class with Geeta to know again what an outstandingly brilliant teacher she is. She works us hard and the rewards are amazingly hard to discribe. I feel like i'm growing new legs....:)
But i'm so ready to take my side trip to the ancient cave's of Ajunta and Ellora some of the first Buddhist, Jan and Hindu from 560 BC. we will leave after class tomorrow and be away for 3 days. After this trip i hope to have some stories to tell.
Love from India

The cows really set the tone. I am so impressed with your devotion to your practice. Keep these descriptions coming. Brianne
Have a great time in the caves! Safe travels on your new legs. Hugs from Mary Pat
